& Mrs Amanda Knight MCSP, MSC member of HPC
The surgery has its own Physiotherapy Service, which is located in the Coach House. Patients have to be referred by their GP for this service. Physiotherapy can be helpful for trapped nerves, sports injuries, muscle and ligament strains, neck, back and other joint problems. Treatments may include joint manipulation, ultra sound, pulsed short wave, acupuncture and exercises. There is always a huge demand for this service and consequently there is a waiting list. Private treatment is available. The Physiotherapist is registered with most major health insurance companies. Appointments can be made for this via reception. Appointments are available early mornings and evenings.
